#46 Panna Maria, Texas

Panna Maria, Texas

This Livestock Auction house has nothing to do with Panna Maria, except that it is a few miles south, outside the town of Kenedy, Texas.
This is where my Dad took many a calf to sell at the weekly auctions. Karnes County is one county over from Goliad County.

Now for the star of this Fleeter Log...

The Church building at Panna Maria.
Originally built in 1855, it is home to the oldest Polish Catholic Parish in America.
The cornerstone plaque located on the front corner to the right of the front doors. The Texas State Historical Marker to the left of the front doors.

Next stop...
The Missions of San Antonio
